We jumped in and out of Mount Rushmore. It was a quick detour to see the Monument. It was well worth it. The walk to the viewing area is simple. It is something to behold! The visitor's center is good and the story is very interesting. When we were there, a man who had worked on the creation of the monument was set up at an informational table, talking about his experiences and answering questions. It was quite an experience listening to him!
